Company & manufacturing base · Chongqing
Industrial depth behind every system we supply.
PINDÉ connects Chongqing’s integrated window-and-door manufacturing base with professional fabricators across Russian-speaking markets. Group manufacturing roots support system R&D, profile processing, glass know-how and controlled batch supply.
The 2002 date refers to the manufacturing group’s roots. PINDÉ’s export system programmes operate on this industrial platform.

A long production chain, focused on professional buyers.
The industrial story began in Chongqing in 2002 with Mingde Doors & Windows and a group R&D function. The platform later expanded into energy-efficient glass, curtain-wall and door-and-window businesses, building connected experience across materials, interfaces and finished assemblies.
PINDÉ uses that base for a different commercial model: aluminium and FRP system materials, machined semi-finished parts and glass-free CKD kits for local fabrication. The factory provides process depth; each export programme is still released against a defined BOM, drawings, inspection points and market-specific validation scope.
Five linked disciplines—not a loose-profile catalogue.
The 2026 company brochure documents the production processes below. For export buyers, their value lies in coordinated interfaces and repeatable release control.
System R&D and definition
- Brochure evidence
- Independent development team, product design and system iteration.
- Value for the fabricator
- Profile maps, BOM control, joint logic and documented change management.
Profile and surface processes
- Brochure evidence
- Extrusion, pretreatment, coating routes and dimensional inspection.
- Value for the fabricator
- A controlled route from specified alloy and finish to batch-ready profiles.
CNC and deep processing
- Brochure evidence
- Double-head cutting, drilling, tapping, milling and corner preparation.
- Value for the fabricator
- Cut-to-length parts and machined kits that reduce local setup work.
Glass processing know-how
- Brochure evidence
- CNC cutting, tempering, lamination and insulating-glass processes.
- Value for the fabricator
- Glazing interfaces are engineered even when insulating glass is sourced locally.
Assembly, inspection and traceability
- Brochure evidence
- Integrated production flow with in-process and finished-part checks.
- Value for the fabricator
- First-article approval, batch identification and a clearer route to replacements.
The platform behind PINDÉ, milestone by milestone.
Milestones are summarised from the 2026 company brochure; wording has been narrowed to claims the document directly supports.
- 2002
Manufacturing roots in Chongqing
Mingde Doors & Windows is established and the group begins its door-and-window R&D path.
- 2009–14
Glass and quality capability expands
The group establishes its glass business and develops a broader quality-management base.
- 2019–22
Industrial base grows in phases
System development and production capacity expand through new operating companies and factory phases.
- 2023
PINDÉ company and integrated campus
PINDÉ Doors & Windows (Chongqing) is established; the brochure records a 100,000 m² campus and an intelligent glass line.
- Today
System supply for local fabrication
The industrial platform is adapted to aluminium and FRP materials, machined components and glass-free CKD programmes for export buyers.
Capability becomes useful only when it follows a controlled sequence.
Every programme moves from an agreed reference build to prepared parts, inspection and a traceable shipment package.
- 01
Freeze the system
Reference opening, sections, BOM, finish, hardware interfaces and supply level.
- 02
Prepare profiles
Extrusion and surface route confirmed to the system and accepted sample.
- 03
Machine the parts
Cutting, drainage, drilling, milling and identification to released drawings.
- 04
Verify interfaces
Corner, seal, hardware and glazing interfaces checked on the reference build.
- 05
Inspect and pack
Batch checks, packing by system or opening, document register and replacement mapping.
Factory scale shows capability. It does not replace system validation.
Thermal, structural, air-, water- and wind-performance claims belong to a specific specimen, glazing build-up, hardware set and test scope. PINDÉ records that evidence separately from general factory credentials, so buyers can see what is proven, what remains a project target and what must be confirmed locally.
Components are selected by BOM—not by logo count.
The 2026 brochure names established profile, hardware, sealant and glass brands within the group’s supply ecosystem.
Names above are reproduced from the company brochure. Availability, technical compatibility and inclusion are confirmed for each quotation; no brand is implied to be present in every system or order.
