PINDÉ supplies thermally broken aluminium and glass-fibre composite systems to window and door fabricators. The system choice starts with the opening schedule, target performance and available equipment. The agreed delivery then includes the profiles, component schedule, machining data and supporting test records for that configuration.

The catalogue covers 19 exterior and interior systems based mainly on 6063-T5 aluminium and PA66GF25 polyamide thermal barriers. Opening types include casement, tilt-and-turn, sliding, parallel-projecting, folding and hinged configurations. Finish and hardware are fixed in the released bill of materials.

FRP and aluminium-composite

FD90 and FDTL140 use pultruded glass-fibre reinforced polymer profiles throughout the load-bearing frame. PD75 and PD95 combine aluminium with an FRP thermal section. These systems enter production through a controlled reference build, joint qualification and a project test plan.
