Start with profile section samples and corner joint specimens for your team to inspect. Then 3–10 glass-free kits for your factory to fabricate, assemble, and test locally. Sample and freight costs can be credited against an agreed first purchase threshold.
Move through micro-batch → project batch → repeat programme. Each stage gates on yield data, fit consistency, logistics performance, and claims resolution. No volume commitment until the evidence supports it.
